Today is the day when we have a very special guest on our show to discuss hobbies and his own podcast. It is Doug Barnes from the Season Pass Podcast and he joins us on the show as the first Skype interview for Dudes 4 Life Radio. So far, this has been the biggest guest so far and it feels great that our show is expanding and getting out to more people. On the show, Doug joins us on the show as we discuss a few of our favorite hobbies throughout our life, including photography, real estate, metal music, and even more theme park stories. Also, Doug shares about his show, the Season Pass Podcast and the new friendship between the Season Pass and Dudes 4 Life.

This is a very fun and also our longest episode to date. Enjoy and continue to share with others about the show.

New Episode Preview

Hello everyone!

Finals at school are here for me and graduation is just around the corner for Holden. Unfortunately, Holden will not be joining us for our next episode because he will be having PROM the same night that we are recording the new episode, so he will talk to us about that experience next time. But never fear! We may possibly have another friend of mine joining us for the first time on the show hosting with me so that will be fun.

But that’s not all!

I am very excited to announce that we will have a surprise guest that we will be talking to through the magic of Skype. Our topic will be about hobbies so stay tuned for that next week.

Have a great week everyone!

Episode 106-Our Favorite Moments

Hello Everyone!

Sorry it has taken so long for us to get a new episode out to you. Both Holden and I have very tough work and school schedules that basically take up most of our free time that we would use to do this show. But enough with that…

On today’s episode, we take a look back at our favorite moments from our first 5 episodes as a sort of recap for anyone who is just now starting to listen to the show. We have funny sections and good conversations within this episode.

And there is even a surprise treat near the end of the show.

Enjoy your new episode of Dudes 4 Life Radio!

Show Update

Hello everyone!

First of all, we would like to say that we have not disappeared off the face of the Earth because it has been a month since we have done a new show. There are several good reasons for that. Mainly, it is because we are busy with a lot of school work and jobs, especially myself being in college and having loads and loads of work. As for right now, we just need to find time to be able to do a new show. We didn’t want to just go away without telling anyone what was up.

Always keep in mind that this is just simply a fun show that we enjoy doing when we have free time. While we are not able to produce a show once every week, we try and do them as often as we can. So just to give you all a little update about what is going on with us. We are planning on doing a new show pretty soon that we can focus on high school graduation and college, as I just visited Northern Arizona University this past weekend. It was an amazing school and I may be there within the next year or so.

Thanks for the understanding!

Weekly Update (02/28/09)

So this week has been pretty crazy for me because I have had a lot of tests and school work this week, and now that it is over, I am very happy. I was able to edit our newest episode much faster than I thought because I found a faster way to edit our shows and everything else.

So anyways, our newest episode was recorded last week at midnight during Holden's birthday, which he said was a great time for him. I chose not to edit the show until after I finished all of my school work so I would not be distracted and therefore, lose time studying and get bad grades. But it is all done now. Today, I am going to be doing photographs for another wedding, although this is not a paying job, but it's okay because it is merely a learning experience for me to shoot with a professional photographer. It should be a great time and I am excited.

So far, the show is going very well as we are recording in a much smaller span of time than before. As we have always stated, this is not as professional of a show because we do have lives and school to concentrate more on. However, we do this for fun and I want to try and at least make the show and everything else with it (the website, online store, blog) as best as I can so it looks professional. We don't make these episodes and just ramble on for 30 minutes about nothing and no editing. I take time to edit these episodes and come up with topics to talk about so they appeal to everyone.

This is the update for this week and please continue to subscribe on iTunes and spreading the word about our show.

Episode 105-Thrills, Chills, and Spills

Now here is a topic that we are very excited about. Where is the one place that you can go to at least once in our lives that allows us to go and publicly scream our lungs out for an entire day worth of fun? Theme Parks!! On today’s episode, we talk and share about what we love about theme parks and particularly focus on the three parks that are closest to us and the ones that we visit most often: Six Flags Magic Mountain, Knott’s Berry Farm, and Disneyland. Each has their own characteristics that we talk about and share some exciting stories from each one.

So sit back, hold on tight, and enjoy your new episode of DUDES 4 LIFE RADIO!! (Please remain seated in keep your arms and legs on your desk chair at all times)
